Recover a deleted folder in Google Drive,
To recover a deleted folder in Google Drive, first check the Trash (Bin) at drive.google.com/drive/trash, right-click the folder and select Restore (within ~30 days). If it’s not there (permanently deleted), free users can contact Google Drive support to request file recovery within 25 days; Workspace users must contact their admin.
1. Check the Trash (for recent deletions)
- Go to drive.google.com in a web browser and sign in.
- Click Trash (or Bin) in the left-hand menu.
- Find the folder you want to restore (you can sort by “Trashed date”).
- Right-click the folder and select Restore.
- It will return to its original location in your Drive.
