Make a user an administrator Windows 11

. Select the Windows Start button, and then, select Settings.

  1. Select Accounts.
  2. Under Family & other users, select the user’s name.
  3. Then, select Change account type.
  4. Under Account type, select Administrator.
  5. Select OK.
  6. Sign in with the new administrator account.
