How To Get Hardware Hash
1 – If you are using a booted device:
- Open PowerShell as Administrator
- Run the following command:
Get-WindowsAutopilotInfo -OutputFile "C:\HWID.csv" - This will generate a CSV file containing the hardware hash.
- If that doesn’t work, consider running these commands instead:
[Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol = [Net.SecurityProtocolType]::Tls12New-Item -Type Directory -Path "C:\HWID"Set-Location -Path "C:\HWID"$env:Path += ";C:\Program Files\WindowsPowerShell\Scripts"Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope Process -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSignedInstall-Script -Name Get-WindowsAutopilotInfoGet-WindowsAutopilotInfo -OutputFile AutopilotHWID.csv
- The CSV file will be generated at
C:\HWID\AutopilotHWID.csv
2 – If the device is in OOBE:
- Press Shift + F10 to open Command Prompt.
- Type
powershell.exeto launch PowerShell. - Run the same script as above (you may need to copy it from a USB drive).
3 – If PowerShell fails, you can use Windows Configuration Designer:
- Install from Microsoft Store.
- Create a Provisioning package
- Export
.csvwith hardware hash.
